From June to July 2018, the management personnel of various units of the Anbao Group gathered at Sichuan Vocational College of Industry and Commerce to participate in the "Anbao Group Talent Development-Sailing Plan Management Training Camp". There are two sessions of this training camp, each training period is 7 days. There were 33 students in the first phase and 28 students in the second phase. All 61 students successfully completed the course and became the shore-based managers who carried out the mission and executed the strategy effectively.
